Regain your energy
Leave constant exhaustion behind and wake up with renewed vitality.
I help you breaking the cycle of anxiety, self-pressure and guilt, so you can get back to
living your life, enjoying the present and feeling at peace with yourself.
Leave constant exhaustion behind and wake up with renewed vitality.
Quiet the mental noise and find moments of genuine peace.
Take back the helm of your life without letting anxiety make the decisions.
Listen to your inner self, honouring your wishes, setting boundaries and feeling proud of who you are.
You don’t need a session to start turning down the noise. This is one of the first exercises I teach in therapy: when you lengthen your out-breath, your body understands that it can let go of the alarm.
Drop your shoulders, rest your feet on the floor and follow the circle.
That’s it. You may notice very little, or nothing at all, and that’s fine too.
What matters is that your body knows how to calm down when you give it the right conditions. In therapy, we learn to create them far beyond these 40 seconds.
Select the statements that feel like yours. Nobody will see them and they aren’t sent anywhere: this is just for you.
Therapy is a space where you can stop the survival mode and where we will work together to start understanding yourself at a pace you feel safe and comfortable and without judgement. Together we will find out what it is beneath your anxiety why do you keep putting so much pressure on yourself and breaking free from guilt. You will learn tools to feel more in control and relating to yourself from a much kinder place.
Fear is adaptive and we all feel it, especially when we face something new. In the words of Susan Jeffers and her “Truths About Fear”:
The fear will never go away as long as I continue to grow.
The only way to get rid of the fear of doing something is to go out and... do it.
The only way to feel better about myself is to go out and... do it.
I understand you without judgement, in a safe space.
We identify what’s holding you back and why.
Personalised strategies for everyday life.
I help you maintain your well-being in the long term.
You can also join group sessions where we explore topics such as anxiety, perfectionism and burnout from a psychological perspective. A shared space that can complement the journey you are going through and where you can continue learning practical tools alongside others in the same situation.

Thoughts you may recognise as your own
🌀 What you don’t have is the energy or the need to keep living like this. You wake up already tired, you spend the day with your mind racing and you end without being able to truly switching off. And still you might feel you cannot stop. Ignoring yourself comes at a price… which gets higher every day. You don’t need more time to do more time, what you really need is to start putting yourself and your needs first.
💭 You can do everything and everything alone and you have been proving it for a long time. But as days go by, you feel more and more exhausted, more anxious and feeling further away from yourself. And still, something stops you asking for help, because you are afraid of no longer being the strong one, the one who can handle everything. But if you look at yourself… this version of you, who is pushed to the limit, is not who you want to be either. You do not have to break down before you allow yourself to have some help. Accepting this does not make you weak, it makes you human and it is the first step to be yourself again.
🌿 That is what you tell yourself while your mind does not stop, you can hardly sleep, your day feels heavier each day and your energy disappears. Now you are used to living this way but that does not make it normal. Coping isn’t the same as being well… it’s surviving. And deep down you know it: you don’t want this to be your life.
✨ The scariest thing isn’t that it might not work… it’s that nothing changes. Carrying on feeling trapped, exhausted and disconnected from yourself, while on the outside everything stays the same. You have already tried pushing harder, organising your days better, doing more and/or putting more pressure on yourself, holding on a little longer… and it has only brought you here to this place where you are suffering. Maybe it isn’t about being able to do more, but to start feeling that you don't need to do that much and that you don't need to do everything by yourself.
Then this is for you!
Everything you may be wondering before taking the first step
The most important thing is that you come willing to explore and with an open mind. In therapy, we’ll work together to identify which situations are causing you distress, which emotional blocks you’re facing and how they’re affecting your daily life. From there, we’ll go step by step to overcome those challenges in a practical way that suits you, with tools to help you recover your emotional well-being.
Therapy doesn’t have to be a long process. It all depends on the situation you’re going through, your goals and how ready you are for change.
In some cases, a single session can bring emotional relief; in others, more frequent or longer-term support is needed. Sometimes you come for a specific issue, we resolve it and you no longer need to continue.
What I can promise is that if at any point we feel the process isn’t moving forward as it should, I’ll offer you other options or refer you to someone better placed to help. Your emotional well-being comes first.
The first session lasts 60 minutes; all following sessions last 55 minutes.
The first session is key: it lets us get to know each other, see whether we’re a good fit and, above all, set clear goals based on what you’re going through. From there, we’ll map out a personalised plan, agreeing the frequency that suits you best (weekly, fortnightly, etc.), as well as the fees and available times.
The whole process is designed so that therapy adapts to your emotional and personal needs.
Therapy is completely voluntary and flexible. You can stop at any time if you choose to.
That said, if at any point you don’t feel comfortable or feel that something isn’t working as you hoped, I encourage you to talk about it openly. Communication is key for therapy to work, and I’m here to listen without judgement.
And if you finally decide not to continue, I’ll help you find other professional options that better suit your needs… if that’s what you’d like.

Hi Alejandro, how are you feeling now that you’ve finished your therapy?
17:37 ✓✓Hi Marilo, thanks for asking. Before I started sessions with you, I was struggling to talk to my partner about my problems and interests, and it was costing us our relationship. Thanks to the sessions, I now see problems from other points of view and I have more tools to communicate with my partner. Thank you so much for your work and all your help during the sessions. I felt truly understood, and it was very easy to open up and express myself with you.
17:45I’ve been lucky enough to have Marilò’s help at different moments in my life, which has shown me her incredible ability to explain the psychological mechanisms behind emotions and behaviours that used to confuse or upset me. She does it with great clarity, logic and calm, and with real sensitivity in approaching each topic, showing incredible empathy and inspiring trust. Her talent and vocation are undeniable, and she creates a space where you feel heard, understood and supported.
11:10 ✓✓Thank you, Luchita 🥹🫶🏼❤️
