Data protection and transparency in the use of this website
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Spanish data protection law, we inform you about how we process the personal data you may provide through this website and the appointment booking form.
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may process:
- Identification and contact details: full name, email address and, if you provide it, phone number.
- Messages and requests: notes or comments you include in the booking form (for example, the reason for your enquiry or other details relevant to arranging an appointment).
- Request details: the date and time slot selected in the availability calendar.
We do not ask for more data than this purpose requires; please do not include special category information (health, beliefs, etc.) in free-text fields beyond what is necessary for your request.
3. Purpose of processing
Your data is used exclusively to:
- Manage appointment and contact requests related to the professional practice.
- Respond to your request through the usual channels (email or any others you have provided).
- Comply with applicable legal obligations where relevant.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis is your explicit consent, given by ticking the box to accept this policy when you submit the form, and, where applicable, the pre-contractual or contractual relationship arising from your appointment request.
5. Retention
Data will be kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and, after that, for any applicable legal or professional retention periods. When it is no longer needed, it will be deleted or anonymised in accordance with the regulations.
6. Recipients and data processors
To send your request, we use trusted providers acting as data processors under the GDPR:
- Transactional email (EmailJS via a Cloudflare Workers proxy): form data is sent encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) to a proxy on the Cloudflare network, which forwards the message through the email service (EmailJS) to the professional inbox. The email service credentials are never exposed in the browser.
We do not sell or pass on your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
7. International transfers
Some providers may process data in countries outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, we rely on recognised safeguards (for example, standard contractual clauses) where the law requires it.
8. Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are in place to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse, including encrypted transmission over a secure channel when you use this site over HTTPS.
9. Your rights
Where applicable, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability, and you may withdraw your consent at any time.
To request the erasure of your data or to exercise any of your rights, you can write to the email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority (for example, the AEPD in Spain).
10. Minors
Where applicable, this site is not intended for minors without the consent or involvement of their legal guardians. If you become aware that a minor’s data has been provided without proper authorisation, please let us know.
